Shopping Poem

~Shopping~

As I walked inside the shopping centre there were heaps of crowds all over the place,

There were people walking and a lot of people talking face to face,

Bang down drops a water bottle with no water,

Omg the air was getting hotter,

The people stared a lot like they are watching harry potter,

Some mothers a looking worried like they had lost their daughter.

The shopping bag stare as I walked towards the shelf,

Especially these pants caught my attention..

“Pink Pants, Panicking, Past People..”

The clothes walking around waiting to be warn.

Cute Clothes Cuddled Carefully!!

As I bought stuff the shopping was so heavy I could barely lift it,  

It felt so cool I could smell some food coming from the other side of the shops,

I wonder if it was possible to own everything in every store...

Here is my poem that I have created today, it is based on the experiences I had, and the fun times I spent with my family. This is a poem that I created about what I did on the holiday which was shopping!

Technology!

Technology

Today for technology we made fruit salad, Our teacher Mrs Tuipulotu had shown us a few rules of how to use the equipments like using a knife, Do not play around with knifes by trying to stab or choke someone with it because you would end up in a very bad situation. We used bananas, Apricot,  Kiwi, Apples, Oranges and Yoghurt. First we all got our equipments out and we had to put it in the right places and we had to try and remember what the equipments are named.

Loud shirt day!

Loud shirt day!

On Friday 23rd of september is "Loud Shirt Day, This is actually talking about celebrating the deaf people's day. We are celebrating this because we have some people at our school that is deaf, Deaf is a really dangerous disease that people will probably stay with it for there whole life. We are going to be celebrating this "Loud Shirt Day" by dressing up into bright clothes like Yellow, Pink, Orange and white clothing at Tamaki Primary School. We have two students in our class named Faith & Falakiko they use hearing aids to make them hear people and to make them hear well! 

The reason why it's called "Loud shirt day" it's because you need to help them hear clearly.

Duffy assembly!

Duffy Assembly

Today a very special role model has attended our school with the rotary councils. His name was Myron Simpson he is a famous cyclist, He won the silver and gold medal at london 2016. He said that he has travelled around 30 countries and his top five countries were:

• Spain
• New zealand
• Brazil
• Italy
• France 

He even talked about how people write autobiography and how he like some other people's one. He said it's good to read and achieve, I thought that was quit true because if you know you can do that means you will get it... Myron Simpson even told our school about how he met Richie Mccaw at the olympics 2016 and how they had a nice feed. He showed us he's cycling gears like his bike, helmet, shoes, glass and his medals.

Scandinavia

WALT: Research a country called "Scandinavia.

Fact 1: Scandinavia is a group of countries in europe, sweden and Denmark.

Fact 2: The scandinavia languages are Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic and Faroese. And many people understand the other languages.

Fact 3: During Norway's Polar Nights, The sun is up for only 3 hours a day in some parts (and not at all in others

Fact 4: Denmark doesn't do mountains, their tallest "hill" is 170 metre high.

Fact 5: They have amazing cities in scandinavia.
