Literacy
WALA: literacy using our traditional culture.
Today for inquiry we had to make a presentation in a group of 3, We used some example from internet and we had to present in front of our classmates. We got to choose our groups and we had to choose someone that is in your culture. I chose Toni and Ajani, they are both tongans, we all had fun working together and we tried our best to finish it today.
Our culture was tonga. We got feedback and feedforward which tells us what we are going to work on next time and what we achieved.

Technology
WALT: reflect on our last day at technology.
Today for our last session at technology, then we swap groups we had to finish of our necklace. My necklace is a heart, I was up to the watering filter 1200, Then I moved on to shining my necklace then I'm done.
The next step is to put the string on our necklace. Today at technology I had a lot of fun and I enjoyed working together.

Outline of a person.
WALT: define confident.
Today I had to define confident and I had to create a google drawing and get 5 words as a strength on the outside and then I had to write some ideas inside of the body so that it relates to the words outside. My 5 words is Brave, Honesty, Supportive, Critical thinker and Expression. I have chose these words because it relates to the word confident.
A confident person is a brave person to share their ideas and using their critical thinking. Some of the confident people should tell honesty and the audience should be supportive so the confident can show more expressions.

Technology
WALT: reflect about our day at technology.
Today for technology I was still working on my filing for my pewter. I had to give my work to the teacher because I wanted to go onto the sand papering part but first he had to fix up my shaping for my heart.
I found some good example from our teacher and then he told me to sharpen up my pewter cast shape.

The fire monkey.

Blooms Taxonomy ( Reading Task.
WALT: use Bloom's Taxonomy to critically summarize a current event.
Today for reading we had to do our current event, I have chosen kiwi kids news to find an article for my current event. I have chosen Lydia Ko for my artical, She is a 2nd golf major winner.

WALT: solve how many sets of...? And sharing division problems using multiplication (reversibility.
Today for math we had a math session. In our math session we were learning our times and our division, Division is about sharing your answers equally.
We had questions to solve and we used smiley face to a hundred to put it as my groups.Here are my questions.
1) Kurt had 28 doggy treats to share equally between 4 dogs.
28 divide by 4 = 7
4 x 7 = 28
28 groups of 4 is 7
It needs to be 4 groups of 7
Divide into equal groups.
28 altogether ( faces.
2) $42 divide by 6 = 7
42 groups of 6 is 7
3) Renee had 20 pieces of pizza.She shared them amongst 4 people. How many piece did each person get?
The problem for A is that there is 4 people and they share 5 pieces of pizza.
20 divide by 4 = 5
4 groups of 20 is 5
4) Robbie had 20 pieces of pizza he put 4 pizzas on each plate. How many plates of pizza did he have?
The problem for problem B is that it's similar to question A because it's opposite.
20 divide by 5 = 4
5 x 4 =20
5 groups of 20 is 20
5) Andrea has 24 daffodils she has picked from the garden. She shares them equally between 3 vases.
24 divide by 3 = 8
3 groups of 8 is 24
6) The very special chocolate factory makes packs with three, four, six or eight chocolates in them. Yesterday they made 48 chocolates, How many of these packs could they make?
There can be packs of four.
48 divide by 3 = 16
48 divide by 4 =12
48 divide by 6 = 8
48 divide by 8 = 6
7) Challenge
There were 72 children from tamaki primary going on a trip to kaitaia and they had 8 teachers to go with. How many students will be in each group?

Question: Maddie made a cake for her 20th birthday party. She had to share it equally with 4 people. How much cake would each person get?
