WALT: reflect on our technology.

Today for technology we had to finish of our work from last week and today we had to start creating our pewter casting and choosing our images. We started to use some of the equipment in the workshop. Some of us got mini cupboard and we drawn and shaped the image to the cupboard. Our teacher Ms Grundy was telling us instructions about our work and casting.

Picnic Day!!

T.P.S fun picnic day at school.

On thursday 25th of february we all had a picnic at school. The picnic started at 1, when we all went outside we saw the bouncy castle getting setted up, the water slide and the volleyball poles and the net getting setted.We all went under the tree and ate our lunch together and all the classes went 1 by 1 to get their ice-block and sausage sizzle. 

After that we started the day and all of us were running around getting water balloons and started to wet each other.All the year 8&7 decided to get bottles to wet some of the teachers.The teachers were screaming and some were just laughing.
There was 2 bouncy castles for the juniors and 1 for the seniors. Most of the people were wet and some of them were playing other activities.Then the teachers were calling all of us to come and we had to pick up rubbish before the day ends.

Technology #2

Today in Technology, I was in the pewter casting class which is call the workshop. We were talking about making one pewter. We make it by searching up for images and silhouette. Silhouette is a type of art that looks like a mirror with a brighter background. Our session today was to find images that reflects to what your recipient are. Recipient means something that you're going to give to someone. He told us some examples about the silhouette pictures and we all decided to choose our photos.Like if your mum likes to go church you would put a cross on.

Kia ora my name is Amelia, and I am 12 years old this year. My favorite subject is art and my favorite sports is netball and rugby and my favorite food is chocolate.My teachers name from 2016 is Mrs Aireen. My strengths for this year is to achieve my goals to the higher standard. This year I am looking forward to change my attitude and be a good role model.
